      Pros

      Interesting projects, but terrible company.

      Cons

      Worst company I ever worked for. Zero work-life balance. They wouldn't let me take a day off for a wedding I was in because I hadn't been there long enough (four months) even though I had earned the PTO & had made them aware of the wedding before I even started. Work overnight & be expected to show up again in the early afternoon the following day. This would happen frequently & just wreck your circadian rhythm.

      Family atmosphere caring upper management good pay and benefits for valued employees

      Lots of hours and some travel

      Pros

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
