      Provides stability if you drink their Kolaid.

      Cons

      Very much a boys club throughout the entire company. Company won't allow a hybrid schedule. Toxic work "family" culture.

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
