      Pay is high, hours can be flexible for personal activities - doc, dentist, kids event, leave early/come late if traveling, etc.

      Cons

      LOTS OF HOURS. Minimum 5-10hr days plus frequent Saturdays and Sundays. Night shifts are on the table too. Live to work, not work to live.
