Pros

I love working at The Post! You are surrounded by incredibly smart, talented, creative and hard-working colleagues who are passionate about the work they do. It's gratifying to work for a company that is synonymous with quality and committed to uncovering the truth.

Cons

There are not a lot of cons that come to mind. It's a highly sophisticated organization that cares for its employees and asks for our feedback on a regular basis. It's a large company, but does a good job of trying to keep employees connected and aware of the work happening throughout the organization.

It can be tough for every employee within a larger company to feel appreciated and part of a larger mission. We're glad you feel appreciated, connected and part of valuable work. Thanks for being part of The Washington Post team for more than five years and counting!

Pros

Supporting journalism is the one good thing.

Cons

The culture needs improvement, with a strict in-office policy that may not work well for everyone. There also seems to be ongoing challenges with employee retention, which can impact team morale, consistency, and long-term stability. The tech guild and unions made me feel really uncomfortable with coworkers protesting outside the office.
