Pros

The Post was a family friendly, community focused environment that allowed for collaboration and creativity.

Cons

Once the ownership changed, so did the environment. If you are female, growth opportunities are scarce.

Pros

Hard working colleagues, at times.

Cons

I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
