Pros

Reputation. The Post has a good reputation as a leading newspaper, the people are friendly, and it can be interesting at times.

Cons

They are downsizing rapidly and layoffs will eventually happen. Management seems to have no plan on how to transition to a new web based format and seems to be very slow to react to the changes in the market place.

Pros

Hard working colleagues, at times.

Cons

I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
