      Good salary, very nice DC office, smart and talented co-workers, great mission.

      Cons

      Easy to get pigeonholed into doing a certain type of work. As my team evolved, I found it was difficult to expand beyond a narrow scope, or to move elsewhere in the company.

      I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
