Thank you for taking the time to post this review, we want all team members to feel they can be honest with us about their experiences and I am truly sorry to hear yours did not live up to your expectations. From what you describe, the job was not what you expected and we should have done a better job describing some of our programs. We have worked hard in the last 4 months to enhance our on-boarding program to ensure consistency and transparency in the role and expectations. Our monthly all team member orientation called “The Waters Way” is getting excellent reviews as we have made modifications and we are working with leadership in our communities on ensuring adequate staffing.
