Flexibility at the corporate level was nice, Pay is okay not great, but benefits were good. Good people within the company as well.

Cons

Turnover across the company is an issue.

Pros

Decent salary and bonus goals. Generous PTO and *meh* benefits. Beautiful buildings. They do honestly take great care of their residents.

Cons

VERY subjective expectations. It doesnt always matter if you're meeting measurable goals, but rather, whats home offices opinion of you. Corporate gossip with this company is INSANE and they do little to address it other than have everyone sign what are basically pinky promises to be better.
