You get to know the residents. You can't help but fall in love with them all.

Cons

If someone don't show up for work, you feel obligated to stay &do it. I worked17 days straight because of lack of help.

Pros

Decent salary and bonus goals. Generous PTO and *meh* benefits. Beautiful buildings. They do honestly take great care of their residents.

Cons

VERY subjective expectations. It doesnt always matter if you're meeting measurable goals, but rather, whats home offices opinion of you. Corporate gossip with this company is INSANE and they do little to address it other than have everyone sign what are basically pinky promises to be better.
