A few employees try really hard

Cons

Leadership doesn’t train their employees and then blames others for their lack of training. Nursing doesn’t care if employees don’t do their job. Nursing places the blame on every one else and others are forced to pick up the pieces

Decent salary and bonus goals. Generous PTO and *meh* benefits. Beautiful buildings. They do honestly take great care of their residents.

Cons

VERY subjective expectations. It doesnt always matter if you're meeting measurable goals, but rather, whats home offices opinion of you. Corporate gossip with this company is INSANE and they do little to address it other than have everyone sign what are basically pinky promises to be better.
