Pros

The residents. They make me want to show up every day

Cons

Employees. I know this is a difficult industry to work in. The burn out rate is high when you care about your job. I’ve worked with so many people who are just doing the bare minimum, people who can’t follow direction, and people who seem to have immunity from being reprimanded for poop job performance.

Decent salary and bonus goals. Generous PTO and *meh* benefits. Beautiful buildings. They do honestly take great care of their residents.

Cons

VERY subjective expectations. It doesnt always matter if you're meeting measurable goals, but rather, whats home offices opinion of you. Corporate gossip with this company is INSANE and they do little to address it other than have everyone sign what are basically pinky promises to be better.
