Pros

Some amazing CNAs and nurses.

Cons

I loved being a CNA until working here. Revolving door and always always short staffed. Half the people working are agency. No one from management will help if you are behind. My “training” was by another worker who had just started and was always just as clueless as I was. If you do work hard and do good you just get more work added to your already impossible day. You have to fight over your hours on paychecks always trying to stiff you. New employees were making more than some older employees. It was only a 20cent raise they were given last year. They don’t value their employees at all. I tried to make it to 6 months for the hiring bonus but everyday was horrible and not worth it. The stories I heard from other employees were not good about working there. Residents are understandably upset that nothing is on time or things don’t get done due to short staffing. Would NEVER have my parents live here.

Pros

Decent salary and bonus goals. Generous PTO and *meh* benefits. Beautiful buildings. They do honestly take great care of their residents.

Cons

VERY subjective expectations. It doesnt always matter if you're meeting measurable goals, but rather, whats home offices opinion of you. Corporate gossip with this company is INSANE and they do little to address it other than have everyone sign what are basically pinky promises to be better.
