Pros

Amazing team to work with (outside of upper management) and wonderful older adults to keep company and help thrive.

Cons

A lot of holes in nursing staffing, many big issues overlooked or swept under the rug to continue to rake in new residents. The specialty care floors promise excellent 24 hour care with no follow through, leading to injuries and unnecessary harm to residents. Upper management are usually in their offices, not interacting with the residents or other hands-on team members. Focused on making money over keeping residents safe and well.

Decent salary and bonus goals. Generous PTO and *meh* benefits. Beautiful buildings. They do honestly take great care of their residents.

Cons

VERY subjective expectations. It doesnt always matter if you're meeting measurable goals, but rather, whats home offices opinion of you. Corporate gossip with this company is INSANE and they do little to address it other than have everyone sign what are basically pinky promises to be better.
