Pros

Great people to work with in the lab. Different things to deal with everyday. No micromanaging. Great place for self motivated individuals.

Cons

No room for growth within the department. Concepts/ response to issues are always changing. Rotating shifts every 3 or so months. Manditory OT (weekends) during harvest season.
