Some great employees in the field that are hard working and passionate. Introduces you to a wide variety of skills necessary in wine industry. Freedom to manage your market as you see fit
Cons
Politics are rampant in this company. If you are a part of the inner "fraternity" you basically don't even need to work. If you are not, no amount of success will ever be good enough. A lot of unethical things go on to be a part of this group. No direction or clear opportunity for advancement; the company re-organizes constantly. Leaders within the company have no integrity- promises for employees and customers are left unfulfilled. Communication within the company is terrible and that comes from the top down.
