      I love working at Workforce Group. I feel I am part of a close nit family who truly cares about the wellbeing of their employees.

      Cons

      With how fast pace everything moves sometimes more structure is needed but that comes with time and leadership does a great job at adapting to the need.

      Pros

      It is a great environment. I love the way everyone helps everyone learn and help the communities affected by disasters. They provide wonderful opportunities.

      Cons

      Don’t have as many benefits as I’d like - there is no paid maternity leave as other similar sister companies. They should also hire more bilingual staff.
