Pros

Free Gym membership Make a difference in the community Retirement is amazing Free programs for your family and children (if you have them)

Cons

Poor upper management does not have a sense of how to grow itself. Low salary with high demands. Expected to do above and beyond with little and nothing. No recognition. Cuts hours for great part time employees to save a dollar. management reassigns duties to already overworked full time directors
