Pros

Salary was comparable to other private companies. They offered flexible work hours and part-time employee benefits. Houston division was an incredible place to work. Lots of possibilities for advancement; great management. Great training programs.

Cons

Dallas division was awful. Senior corporate management was extremely disrespectful to little worker bees at individual YMCA sites. It was very "cliqueish".

Cons

Inconsistency, favoritism, constant change no one can keep up with, no empathy, no respect, no communication, toxic work environment, enabling the behavior of others while requiring regular trainings on work place harassment and actions that don’t match the company mission of healthy mind body and spirit.
