Pros
-Of course the clients! -Some really nice people in corporate (non-management)
Cons
-good pay but NOT for 24/7 - remember 'salary' means no overtime. And no extra time compensated off when you work all weekend -terrible communication from CFO downward to his minions, some new questionable VP in Pasadena, newly formed local positions of "Directors" who are no more than client care managers who've been there to long and needed a title boost. -lack of honesty and integrity from Corporate "management" -competitive co-workers, no trust at all. It's every person for themself, all the time - you have to watch your back. This sucks btw. -very high turnover in many offices -unreal drama. All the time. -power tripping managers who have no idea how to manage -profits always come first, "do whatever it takes" is the attitude which means sever your integrity because your job could depend on it -newly appointed "Directors" are a joke- they care about one thing only: $ and how many clients you have that week -since even before December last year, changes have been incredible and not exactly for the best. Too bad Dr Kathy sold the company - it's spiralling downward and fast. it's out of control despite pep talks and BS motivational pitches here and there FYl bay area Home CaRe Assistance offices are owned by Corporate office (525 university Ave, Palo Alto) Glassdoor doesn't accurately reflect that this is a HUGE company, not one office in Bellevue. They started in Palo Alto but now have 100+ franchises and own outright all bay area offices and several in southern CA too. Maybe some are better than others - do your homework!
