Cons
Management never communicated. Too many people involved in processes but can't even tell you what the processes were anymore. Other employees were extremely toxic, heavy power trips. Zero transparency and will lay you off if it means saving them a dollar. Your job title doesn't reflect your responsibilities. Company consistently never makes a profit, because they don't know how to manage their spending. No upward mobility. Direct Management keeps leaving because Director and C level executives have too much control and say about stupid business practices and end up causing more problems than they fix. Hired a new CEO and immediately caused issues with departments, making everyone's jobs that much harder. Good luck ever getting any type of support, so many hoops to jump through
