Pros
The pay is decent and my work was high visibility.
Cons
I worked here for a while and was impacted by mass layoffs, but left on good terms. Applied to multiple roles with multiple people from the company sending emails to the hiring team for each job I applied to. Each hiring manager got like 5 emails of support of my candidacy. Phone screen with a recruiter for 1. Never interviewed for the other 2. They repost my EXACT job about 4 months after lay off. I apply, tell my old team that I want the job. New manager of the department knows I held that job, has heard and seen all the good work I did for the department, doesn't even interview me. Recruiter I talked to loved me and tried to get feedback because it was a no brainer, after all, I already held that role, knew the systems and the players, left on good terms, etc. Feedback she gets is that I am not qualified or some such nonsense. When I had already held that role and crushed it. DO NOT APPLY HERE. They don't care about you. They overextended themselves with expansion and will probably have to make more cuts and won't hire as many people as they need to. You will be overworked and it won't get better anytime soon.
