I have been with Therabody now for just shy of two years. We are expanding globally at a very, very rapid pace and hiring and recruiting for many new roles. I know this is a forum that job seekers reply on as part of their job search due diligence and I felt compelled to share my insights into Therabody for those that may be giving our company consideration. Therabody has been the most unbelievable work experience in my lifetime for two major reasons. First is Dr Jason the founder. Jason is the heart and soul of our company. He is compassionate, empathetic, and is as genuinely caring of other people and their wellness as anyone I have ever met. That empathy and caring for others emanates from Jason and is truly part of the company's DNA. Jason invented/developed our first product Theragun out of a necessity to cure his own pain after a motorcycle accident. The product worked and Jason truly wakes each day asking how can I bring this wellness tool - Theragun - to others. That MISSION that Jason is on is our CULTURE. We are a growing global team of people fully invested in this MISSION of making lives better naturally. I know there are company's that espouse higher purpose in what they do but I can tell you at Therabody this MISSION is palpable in every meeting, on every call and throughout all we try to do. It is real and it is genuine. Dr Jason is a daily inspiration to our employees around the world to do more to bring better products/solutions to as many people as possible. The second reason why this corporate experience has been so great is because of Ben Nazarian our CEO. I do not think that many companies are fortunate enough to have a founder who is inventive and driven by empathy and caring like Dr Jason join forces with a CEO like Ben that can turn the MISSION of bringing wellness to the world into a viable business strategy. Ben is bright, dedicated, and completely driven to drive the global org to be the best possible. Ben is fast paced, clear, quick and decisive in decision making. Ben fosters an environment of finding great people and giving them the tools to be successful. Ben is the hardest working CEO I have ever been involved with. He also demands the best from all parts of the company - so for those who want the freedom and authority to make a difference in a company and be accountable to their teammates to do so - this is a dream place to be. Thank you for letting me share this insight into our company that I am so proud to be part of......it is a place that reflects the genuine desire of Dr Jason to improve wellness for all people. That MISSION is driven with an engine powered by Ben our CEO and the hundreds of amazing people that have been hired now around the world. I feel beyond fortunate to be a small part of this company's success and thank you to all of those at Therabody for all you do to foster the vision that Jason and Ben brought to life.

No where is perfect and companies growing at our pace experience growing pains but if being part of building something and impacting growing pains positively appeals to you this is a great place to work
