ZERO pros all cons here!!!

Cons

Horrible place to work, no work life balance. Your ideas are not welcomed you are treated like a cog in the system. POOR leadership in the U.K. obsessed with pleasing the CEO not matter what and if you don’t agree with certain things your job is threatened. Worst place I have ever worked don’t be fooled by the other posts you see here.

CEO joined in ~2023 and has had an incredibly positive impact on the company and the culture.

Cons

Tons of cheap knockoff competition with low barrier to entry.

Pros

Everyone is very nice. CEO knows what he's doing and is very transparent. Love the devices/great employee discount. Benefit are very good.

Cons

Not many but open up jobs so there's more room for growth.
