The product is incredible and there is a genuine energy in the company that was difficult to say goodbye to. Therabody have hired some really excellent people across all of Europe and despite the restrictions on travel the team is energised and connected to the wider mission of the organisation. The restrictions on travel and the lack of in person interaction has impacted the pace of adoption as you really need to use the product to feel its benefits. The HQ team and European leadership, included me and offered a genuine interest in my suggestions and ideas, I was very appreciative of that despite only limited face to face contact, we were still able to build great relationships. If I hadn’t been offered a lucrative role elsewhere, I would still be working with Therabody
