We have worked diligently to improve our hybrid work model over the last year, and we are glad to hear that you thrived in our environment. In terms of management, we are in the process of rolling out a training program to further support our managers and give them more resources to lead their teams effectively. Being a strong individual contributor and being a strong leader are two different skill sets, and Therabody recognizes that managing people is a soft skill that needs to be continuously nurtured and developed. The goal of the training is to ensure that managers feel equipped to empower their teams to perform more successfully as an entire function, opposed to certain individuals pulling more weight than others. With our rapid growth, growing pains are to be expected, but we are optimistic that this new training program will guide our managers to lead more efficient and collaborative teams.
