As a growing start-up, we have always operated very lean, where even our CEO is very active and hands-on with the day-to-day responsibilities of the organization. This kind of humility and passion is shared across all levels at Therabody, and it comes from a strong desire to get our products in the hands of our customers. As we’ve continued to grow, we have recognized the need for additional senior leaders, and we have spent the last 6 months building an executive suite of subject matter experts. Our entire senior leadership team has hit the ground running, and we are looking forward to several operational improvements that are currently being implemented.
