Poor Leadership, horrible Culture - VP of Marketing Therabody Employee Review

As a current employee that has been with the organization for 3 years, you have seen firsthand how much Therabody has evolved in such a short time, and our leadership team has worked diligently to keep up with such rapid growth. The People Team is also working on additional methods to enrich Therabody’s culture, including promoting Employee Resource Groups, encouraging regular in-person meetings, wellness recovery days, and quarterly happy hours, to further build working relationships.
