Cons
Too many to name. I had this all beautifully written a year or so ago but could never get my review to post for some reason. Zero value for employees. People are hired and fired like sport and there is no acknowledgement that perhaps the people hiring don't know what they're doing. If you go through multiple rounds of review, and move people to LA for roles, but then fire them within six months...you're the problem. I think there were 5 rounds of random surprise layoffs during my time there. Clearly these are impulse moves from people at the top who have no sense of reality or care of human beings who are actually the ones doing all of the work for them. Lots of young entitled VP's who had no idea what they were doing. We'd have VP's never attend meetings leading up to photo / video shoots and then the day before the shoot say with horrific vocal fry "are these our only model opttionnsss...I don't like them". Ok well if you knew anything, you'd know that the shoot is tomorrow and you don't just pick a model over night. A lot of work and planning goes into it, scheduling $$ etc. And they would say things like that VERY CONFIDENTLY. As if that is how you behave. That actually reminds me - when I first started I was being shown reference imagery from Nike shoots but then told to not pay models and just offer them a free Theragun. LAWD HAVE MERCY. The stories go on and on and on.
