They don’t seem to know how to run a retail operation. Little support is given. People that are promoted aren’t prepared or qualified. If you run into a staffing issue you will be on your own and forced to work the extra hours that are needed. You will get little support in hiring. They wouldn’t even promote a listing so when you are short staffed you can’t recruit because you are working to keep the store open. And you won’t get applicants because your posting is buried. When I promotion opens they won’t post it or interview.
