Leadership has wildly different opinions on the direction of the company, which leads to immense burnout amongst the lower-tier staff. Exec leaders like to claim "transparency" and keeping the company up-to-date on a decisions (i.e. ongoing tariff issues), but this caused far more stress than was necessary. Last minute meetings added to calendar, frantic conversations in the meetings, etc.
