Pros

Culture is great. Leadership spends a lot of time getting to know people personally. Most of the leaders are PTs and really get the industry. Always focus on team member experience and patient experience and they don't push just numbers. Great communication between brands and from corporate overall.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of - typical changes coming as a result of being a growing company but the team handles them well and tries to keep people informed.

Leadership cares about employee experience and listens to suggestions from staff submitted via surveys etc

Cons

Due to corporate team being in IL and clinics being outside of Illinois it can be hard to bring the two together but leadership does a great job of getting out to visit clinics.
