Workload can be overwhelming, need to develop strong relationship with clients. Not enough administrative support, expected to sell and keep up on all the paper work. Meeting all your sales goals very dependent on territory, if you have a bad one you may never hit your commission. A lot of products to be familiar with, over 800,000. Very dependent on manufacture partners to get your clients what they want and that can be difficult to manage at times since your clients will be upset at you. Since you are overall responsible for your territory be prepared to work a lot of hours!!
