Pros
Friendly co workers, competitive pay. Benefits. Catered lunch once a month. Training on different foods and how to cook them properly using ThermoWorks tools. Free product when you start working. Freedom in doing what you feel is right for the customer no need to beg and plead from a manger to help the customer with an issue. Gift cards given to each employee at Christmas and on your birthday.
Cons
Process changes are not communicated effectively. Ideas and things that can be done better are not listened to and taken seriously. It is a family owned business and some nepotism is certainly present. Often times staff is lacking so workload is overwhelming at times especially during holidays. Like any company they are in the business of making money not making your job easier.
