Pros
I worked at thesis for a little longer than year and saw many changes, but by the time I left, I can confidently say Thesis is a great place to work. The culture is like family, and the leadership strives to bring in diverse people of color and participate in the equity efforts of the local community. I've never had more fun and learned more about people different from me at a job than I did at thesis! Because thesis has been growing, they have been attracting senior-level talent who are looking for a place to share what they know and grow the company. There's a contagious excitement this creates, and it's invaluable the conversations you can have with your managers, who have had truly amazing careers. Their new location in the Pearl is awesome. Amazing work/life balance with unlimited work from home policy. You're treated as an adult and expected to your own work, of course. I was on a team of 20 designers, but even with so much growth, it seemed like the people only got closer. Managers truly care about their employees and are real people, not aloof and talking to only their peers. This is really a great place to contribute what you know because everyone gets so excited about having someone talented and contributing. They pay VERY well and there are a ton of opportunities for mobility.
Cons
Some pitches DO go late past 5, but they try and not always have that happen and if it does, you can usually go home early the next day or take a day off. CEOs are a bit aloof and could be more transparent/around the office. Company vision is a little vague still as they are defining who thesis is.
