Pros
- As a company they do a lot of good in the community - DEI Commitment
Cons
- Their performance review system is GARBAGE. If there's something you need to work on, they'll mention it in passing but never follow-up or check in on it. - They take what the client says as bible and don't give employees grace or opportunity to improve skill sets or trainings. - They talk a lot about mental health, work/life balance, and employee wellness but don't act on it. If you need to leave early one day they WILL hold it against you in some way or another. - Directors DO NOT know how to manage teams and DO NOT advocate for you in your personal development. Directors are COMPLETELY oblivious what goes on in your day to day and don't care if you're stressed, overwhelmed. There's nothing they will do about it because they have no backbone when it comes to the clients and protecting their employees from getting overworked. - The recent company reorg laid off many mid-senior level employees while promoting director level positions. Ya'll think we don't notice?? - You have to advocate for yourself because no one else will. Want a raise? Good luck!
