Pros

1. Value Trust & Empowerment I can feel my SLT & ELT give employees enough trust and always empower invidividuals to make board move and craft the great work. There isn't micro-manage here. 2. Value Team Collabration I can see very postive atmoshpere that most employees are confident & comfortable to ask questions & share knowledge with each other within a team and across departments, people value All rising together. 3. Value Employees' Mental Health & Wellbeing There are many available benefits & resouces (2 days personal leave, Work from anywhere, Modern Health Coachinng sessions, Mental Health panel discussions) to support employees' mental health & wellbeing. 4. Value Diversity & Inclusion I am part of the Third Bridge Diversity & Inclusion committee. We can feel that our management team pay much attention on the inclusive culture buidling & initiates. We are given the resouce & attention to host diffferent events to build more inclusive culture in Third Bridge. When employees can be authentic & don't need to hide any aspects of themselves, they can be more productive & work more fruitfully, so we'll see more bright future as a company.

Cons

As the company has been rapidly growing in the past 5 years, some detailed process isn't structured enough comparing with the large international companies. But we can see ELT & SLT has been putting much efforts on this and it has been improving!

Pros

Good entry-level opportunity with exposure to fast-paced, client-facing work. The company hires driven, sociable individuals and can be a strong starting point for building communication, prioritization, and execution skills in a high-performance environment.

Cons

High turnover and inconsistent management quality significantly impact the employee experience. Success is heavily dependent on your team lead and manager, with limited recourse if you’re placed under ineffective leadership. In my experience, poor communication, lack of emotional intelligence, and unclear expectations from management made it difficult to succeed and negatively affected day-to-day productivity. Internal processes around performance management and PTO lacked transparency. I was placed on a PIP and terminated shortly after (within a week) in a way that felt abrupt and not aligned with prior communication, which was initially framed as a discussion around pending PTO. There were also delays in PTO approvals, and I experienced issues with compensation adjustments following a promotion that required follow-up to resolve.
