Pros

Good starting salary for designers out of college. Dress code not strict unless clients or events our on the calendar. More than 17 PTO each year not including bank holidays.

Cons

Stressful work environment. Expected to eat lunch at your desk. Very little planning prior to client meetings. Expected to be on call after hours and weekends.

-Great design team, you'll learn from so many talented designers. -Well published and recognized design company based in New York City.

Cons

-lack of leadership and mentorship -Office is too dark, not ideal for creativity -space is limited, some of the designers don't have a proper work station

Working with an incredible design team. Most vendors were extremely supportive and helpful.

Cons

Getting screamed at over the phone. Watching coworkers become unhinged due to stress by managers and owners behaving badly.
