Staff is skilled,reliable , team players ,honest,hard working,friendly. Hours are flexible . Pts are mostly satisfied and reflect this with compliments and continued use of the hospital for care when there are other hospitals to choose from. For the most part hospital employees are friendly and helpful

Cons

poor salary, very under staffed, expectations to stay late many,many days,little reward for efforts, poor management which can lead to a toxic environment
