Pros

Cool Boutique Hotel Perks like good parties, discounts and drinks.

Cons

Management kept changing over and over again, which made it terrible for the rest of us. Jobs were cut and long time valued people were smashed to the ground because JDV was coming in to cut costs.

Great benefits Nice building Nice people Good pay

Cons

Employees pay for their own parking downtown. The company offers a partial reimbursement but it does not fully offset the expense.

Pros

Hyatt has amazing benefits, far above what other hotels and brands offer.

Cons

There were numerous HR complaints made against leadership, yet meaningful action was not taken until months after my departure. The culture placed excessive demands on staff, leading to severe burnout and low morale, with little regard for the impact on employees. The property also has a reputation locally for high turnover and a decline in customer service once contracts are signed. I would strongly encourage candidates to carefully consider other hotel brands before accepting a role here.
