Franchised from Hyatt, by Ten-Five Hospitality (formerly Relevant Group) owners don't care about hotel guests, only concerned about revenue from rooftop bar. Poor culture. Little value in employees.

Hyatt has amazing benefits, far above what other hotels and brands offer.
Cons
There were numerous HR complaints made against leadership, yet meaningful action was not taken until months after my departure. The culture placed excessive demands on staff, leading to severe burnout and low morale, with little regard for the impact on employees. The property also has a reputation locally for high turnover and a decline in customer service once contracts are signed. I would strongly encourage candidates to carefully consider other hotel brands before accepting a role here.
