Worst place - Anonymous employee Thompson Pipe Group Employee Review

Leadership sucks, the pay is garbage, benefits are trash and they expect you to be a robot when they are off pretty much every day doing nothing just complaining all day. I worked outside on the plant as well as inside and it’s been a horrible environment to be surrounded by, very toxic place to be. The pay vs the responsibility and the pressure DOES NOT MATCH AT ALL. Rather work at Sub Way .
