Pros

Great company culture Company takes care in the people they bring onboard Decent benefits and compensation

Cons

Joined during a period of massive change and whilst only there over a year the company was bought by a private equity firm and subsequently sold two years later. This meant that there were two or more rounds of redundancies as the company restructured, which unfortunately meant hundreds of people were let go with little notice.

Wonderful job with seemingly limitless growth potential. Great culture with a management team that recognized and rewarded positive job performance.

Cons

None that I can recall other than the relocation of the Boston division a number or years ago.

Good products, good people, and sound expectations for most roles. Having an established place in the market, the company is matured.

Cons

Hive mentality giving way to big corp. Startup mentality has waned, and with acquisitions comes the homogenization of benefits and loss of local identity to a degree.
