Well it used to be a good company. Not anymore.
Cons
Completely toxic environment. Your own manager will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better any chance they get. Priorities shift every 6 months because upper management has no idea what they’re doing. Constant fire drills. Constant reorg and layoffs. They also stopped giving merit increases and have told people if you get a 1% raise consider yourself lucky. There’s absolutely no path to a promotion anymore.
