Pros

Nice people to work with, good approach to working-from-home and vacation, personal time

Cons

A lazy culture of underperformance for the most part. The good staff are in the minority. Stale culture - no real changes ever. Constant cost cutting. Senior management tends to employ and promote their buddies, not the best employee. Don't expect promotions, and expect to fight for a raise. Good performers are not rewarded proactively. Very lazy staff are abundant. A lot of very poor people managers among senior ranks. They happen to be friends of leadership, and are good at managing up but terrible at managing teams, instead cause tons of conflict. West coast sales team needs shaking up. Too much conflict and no inspiration.

Pros

Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

Cons

I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

Pros

Plenty of wonderful benefits and the most competitive parental leave I have found in the US job market

Cons

Depending on the organization you work within, you could be working for leadership that expects sales reps to smooth over and fix every single mistake that is made. A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
