Pros

Nice people, flexible schedules, a line of business you can feel proud to work in.

Cons

We change direction every year. Initiatives that were a ‘top priority’ are nowhere to be seen 18-24 months later (agile). Focusing on external senior leadership hires that don’t really care about the people- moving huge numbers of roles to India and Mexico. The company is moving through a Change Program on the backs of overworked employees across all parts of the company. If the company were willing to offer full-time remote or increase pay to align with market, perhaps we could find it worthwhile to stick it out. But that does not seem to be the case.

Pros

Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

Cons

I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

Pros

Plenty of wonderful benefits and the most competitive parental leave I have found in the US job market

Cons

Depending on the organization you work within, you could be working for leadership that expects sales reps to smooth over and fix every single mistake that is made. A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
