Pros

Lots of great people to work with. The vacation days are plentiful, and necessary. The Eagan campus has a workout room and free classes every day as well as a game room with darts and pool and fuseball. They have shuttles to the parking lot when it gets cold. And a nice holiday party every year for employees with children.

Cons

Management doesn't care, sees employees simply as a drain on revenue. Employees are always the first thing to go when they need to make any kind of cuts. We're expendable. They do massive layoffs every year. There is little to no room for advancement. I was not paid a living wage. They try to make you forget about how awful it can be to work for a company so soulless by putting in game rooms and Subways.

Pros

Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

Cons

I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

Pros

Plenty of wonderful benefits and the most competitive parental leave I have found in the US job market

Cons

Depending on the organization you work within, you could be working for leadership that expects sales reps to smooth over and fix every single mistake that is made. A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
