Pros

Benefits and work life balance are good

Cons

The management team in the marketing department is terrible. If you like "yes men" you'll be happy. But if you think for yourself on anything you'll find this to be a struggle. Not only do the goal post constantly move, but the restrictions get tighter and tighter. The company changes yearly and causes major distribution for the first 2 to 3 months of the year. While everyoneis pissed off, you still have a quota to meet (and your pissed off too btw. Higher quota and no more money for doing more for less) And they are starting a new trend of send people's jobs overseas. They like cheap labor apparently, so don't be surprised if your job is outsourced as Jan 23.

Pros

Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

Cons

I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

Pros

Plenty of wonderful benefits and the most competitive parental leave I have found in the US job market

Cons

Depending on the organization you work within, you could be working for leadership that expects sales reps to smooth over and fix every single mistake that is made. A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
