Pros

Nothing, they treated me like an outcast from training, i never had a chance, never given fair chance to change teams, leaders, never given extra training because they didnt like me from the start and wanted to just get that chance to fire me. wrong people wrong time i guess, but that shouldnt happen to anyone, you are discriminating.

Cons

I was fired after 9 months of being promoted and reachingn for the stars and working my butt off. I am a great and hard working employee but if you need time off, "they from upon taking pto"- first FLAG Second- to protect my job, i applied for FMLA because im a single mom and 6 days a year isnt going to cut it for sick time, when they dont let you have any time off for appts and things, you have to use sick time. I was declined fmla because i was only there 9 months instead of 12 The "company" comes back with the denial and "other options" to "help" accommodate you, like ADA, Okay, lets try that, big mistake, i was approved and then i was fired after using two days. I was discriminated against- the termination reason wasn't possible and they already said they frown on time off. They have a system saying oh you were denied, lets help you find options but when you do and some actual human sees it, oh no, now she can call in whenever she wants, we gotta get her out. Call me ignorant but friends said you shouldn't have asked for ADA, of course they wanted you gone. All that no discrimination stuff is BS. Don't ever put it on an application- you wont get called, and when your at a company, figure out another way to float because i took ADA to protect my job (not drown/fired for not enough pto), and man I sank myself. It broke my heart. Then they made sure i couldnt get unemployment too!!! I am a single mom and they knew this. I have never been fired, they screwed my reputation, income, ability to get a car right not because i have no job, and it just goes on. Seriously, DONT WORK FOR THEM unless you plan to work 365 days a year or work while your dying.

Pros

Plenty of wonderful benefits and the most competitive parental leave I have found in the US job market

Cons

Depending on the organization you work within, you could be working for leadership that expects sales reps to smooth over and fix every single mistake that is made. A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
