Pros

No pros. Seriously the worst company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Lawyers, even licensed attorneys, are a dime a dozen at TR. You aren't valued for your education or experience and are paid less than what the average school teacher makes. CAVEAT: If you graduated from law school, but haven't passed the Bar (either haven't take it or failed), this is still one of the few places that will hire you for an "attorney" position. Certain TR employees are "required" to have a J.D. for their position, but this isn't to be able to perform the substantive work. An employee with a JD degree is hired to give the impression to outside attorneys that the TR staff is of a "higher level" (not my words - blame management). If you are already licensed, they won't foot the bill for your annual fees, CLEs, or anything else that even a 1-3 attorney firm covers. TR doesn't care enough to do that. Too many attorneys there to pay for too many attorneys. The day I left TR is the day my career as an attorney actually started. My advice: keep up your annual license and bar association fees. You WILL want and need them again some day!

Pros

Good pay, good managers, and minimal micromanagement

Cons

Not great 401k or health insurance options for contractors, but that's par for the course

Pros

Plenty of wonderful benefits and the most competitive parental leave I have found in the US job market

Cons

Depending on the organization you work within, you could be working for leadership that expects sales reps to smooth over and fix every single mistake that is made. A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
